Blair Tolbard, Principal / Chief Executive

Blair brings over 27 years of Information Technology leadership to MICORE Solutions. Previously, Blair held senior positions at Oracle Corporation and IBM where his experience included Sales, Sales Management, Executive Management and General Management.

Blair's specialty is building and nurturing highly effective teams. He prides himself on building relationships that have enabled him to deliver consistent results for over 27 years. Blair is a veteran of the U.S. Navy and a graduate of Penn State University.

Kent Kofman, Principal / President

Kent brings over 15 years of Information Technology leadership to MICORE Solutions. Previously, Kent spent more than 13 years at Oracle where he held numerous Sales and Sales Management positions in the Mid- and South Atlantic regions.
Kent thrives on creating high value relationships with customers, partners, and employees.

As President of MICORE Solutions, he is responsible for leading day-to-day operations for all sales, consulting services, and customer support. Kent is a graduate of Cal Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo. He lives in Northern Virginia with his wife and four daughters.

Ram Bhandarkar, Chief Technology Officer

Ram Bhandarkar brings over 20 years of Information Technology experience and leadership to MICORE Solutions. He devoted the last 15 years strengthening his thought leadership and delivery on reliable and scalable solution architectures for very large volume transactions, mission critical applications, and 10TB+ databases.

Ram's key achievements include 20 Node Linux Oracle RAC High Availability Architecture, 30K transactions/second Real Time Business Intelligence, 16 Billion page views/month based Web Analytics using Netezza & Oracle and 100 TB+ Oracle Enterprise DataWarehouse.

As a Senior Director with Oracle Consulting Services for 12 years, Ram led the Oracle Performance Architecture consulting practice providing value-based solutions to Mid-Atlantic clients like Nextel, AOL, Verisign, Neustar, Celera, American Red Cross, Marriott, FedEx Ground, PPG, Aramark, Capital One and Rite Aid.

As Chief Data Warehouse Architect at AOL LLC for four years, Ram designed and built large data warehouses (100 TB+) using Oracle RAC and Netezza platforms.

Ram has a BS Electronics from VRCE, India and a Finance Management MBA from IMDR, Pune.
