MiCORE Collaborates with Oracle to Launch Cloud Center of Excellence

New Program to Help Enterprise Customers Migrate Databases to the Oracle Cloud

 

RESTON, VA – MiCORE Solutions, a provider of database consulting and remote support services, is collaborating with Oracle to develop tools and services to help organizations migrate their workloads from physical data centers into the Oracle Cloud. MiCORE, a long-time member of the Oracle Partner Network (OPN), will leverage a variety of service offerings, resources, and tools to help enterprise customers create, test, and deploy successful cloud solutions and achieve end-to-end enterprise modernization. This set of services will be grouped under a new Cloud Center of Excellence (CoE) driven by MiCORE’s team of cloud specialists, supported by technical collaboration with Oracle.

 

The new CoE arrives at a pivotal time in the market, as enterprises seek to keep up with the demands of the digital landscape by taking advantage of the speed, agility, security, scalability, and cost savings offered by the cloud. Through the new CoE, MiCORE’s deep technical expertise across Oracle platforms is joined with a solid understanding of effective cloud implementation methodologies to drive innovations in the development, migration, and support of enterprise workloads in the cloud – All backed by the strength and stability Oracle’s product have become known for.

MiCORE’s new CoE will focus on the following:

  • Building a framework of tools, accelerators, and methodologies to simplify enterprise cloud adoption
  • Advancing services that optimize business intelligence, analytics, data warehousing, and data management in cloud-based environments
  • Providing cloud education and infrastructure-focused workshops that empower users to maximize potential with cloud-based solutions

 

The new Center of Excellence will be housed in MiCORE’s corporate headquarters in Reston, Virginia, strengthening the company’s presence within the Dulles Technology Corridor.
